There are many advantages to using Acoustic Super type DFH2IR board in partition and curtain walling systems, suspended ceilings, wall and ceiling cladding and attic lining. It significantly increases the sound insulation of these partitions. The addition of glass fibre and more gypsum to the core of the board allows it to be used in fireproofing solutions, and increases the hardness of the lined surface. Modification of the core by the addition of hydrophobic substances allows the boards to be used in wet rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens.
